Skill4ltu evaluation:

Some people would call it a perfect light tank.
It is okay at spotting and it has nearly perfect gun for a light tank.
That makes it one of the best tier IX light tanks in my opinion.
I want to highlight excellent HE penetration for a light tank and great speed.
Downside - it's pretty big for a light tank so it is easy to make a mistake.
Excellent practice tank for Rhm tier X light.
